This is a Japanese inspired collection called “ Treasures of the Moon”, designed by an artist called Haruyo Morita for Wedgwood. It has been donated to LL to help fundraise.
The plates are about 7 ins in diameter and all feature a beautiful depiction of a traditional Japanese flower in full colour, shown against a stylised dark blue moonlit garden. The rims of the plates are edged in gold.
They are all in perfect condition and come in their original boxes.
They would make a lovely Christmas gift to someone who appreciates Oriental Art and would look fabulous on a dark blue or green wall.
The price includes RM 2nd class medium parcel postage.
